Likewise, we cannot be held responsible for force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or global health emergencies. In any case, our liability will be limited to the total value of the services purchased through us.

At Luxe Vacations JA, we understand that travel plans can sometimes change. However, due to the exclusive and premium nature of our services—including private jet charters, luxury villa rentals, and 5-star hotel accommodations—specific cancellation and refund policies apply. This policy outlines the general terms under which cancellations and refunds may be processed.
Private Jet Charters
All private jet bookings are typically non-refundable once confirmed. Due to the high operational and logistical costs involved, cancellations made after confirmation are not eligible for a refund. In limited cases, and depending on the operator’s policy, partial refunds or credits may be considered. Rescheduling may be permitted with additional fees, subject to availability and aircraft operator terms.
Luxury Villa Rentals
Luxury villa bookings are often governed by strict cancellation policies. Cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date are non-refundable. For cancellations made more than 30 days in advance, partial refunds may be possible, depending on the specific villa’s cancellation terms. Some villas require full prepayment and may not allow for any refund regardless of the cancellation date. All terms will be outlined clearly at the time of booking.
5-Star Hotel Bookings
Hotel booking cancellations are subject to each property's individual policy. Flexible rates may allow cancellations up to 48 to 72 hours before check-in, while discounted or promotional rates may be non-refundable and non-changeable. Full terms will be provided at the time of confirmation.
Customized Travel Packages
For specially curated or customized travel packages, including bespoke itineraries and luxury experiences tailored specifically to client preferences, separate terms and conditions will apply. These will be clearly communicated and agreed upon at the time of package creation. This general cancellation and refund policy does not apply to customized or tailor-made packages, as each may have unique terms depending on the services included.
Force Majeure
Luxe Vacations JA is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, global pandemics, or travel bans. In such cases, we will work closely with our partners to seek rescheduling options, credits, or partial refunds where possible. However, outcomes will depend on supplier cooperation and are not guaranteed.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 to 21 business days via the original payment method, which may be a bank transfer or wire transfer. Any applicable administrative fees, bank charges, or non-refundable deposits will be deducted from the refund amount.
Booking Changes
Should you need to make changes to your booking—such as travel dates, guest names, or destination modifications—please notify us as early as possible. Change requests are subject to approval by our service partners and may incur additional fees.
